The distinctive herringbone griddle lines are a design signature of the C6 pan and enable the simultaneous cooking of different foods as well as efficient draining of excess liquid from spouts located either side.
Vitreous enameled cast iron. Easy to clean. Free from Cadmium, Lead, PFOAs & PTFEs. Made from 30% recycled materials.Hand cast in France. Oven safe & works on all hobs (including Induction).
Always use with both induction burners on to heat the C6 griddle evenly, to avoid damaging your pan.
