If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, notify us at hello@jangeorge.com within 24 hours of delivery or warehouse pick up. You will be responsible for fully insured, return shipping costs to our stores or central warehouses, as well as a 20% restocking fee. All returned items must arrive within 7 business days after the delivery date, in the same condition as they were in prior to sale. JANGEORGe will not accept damaged or altered merchandise. After JANGEORGe Interiors & Furniture has inspected your received return, and all criteria for a refund have been met, we will credit your original method of payment. After the 24-hour window, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and all purchase prices become NON-REFUNDABLE.
Deposits.
Deposits are none-refundable and can be used as future store-credits.
Special Orders.
Special orders, products that were made to order or custom made, are excluded from any return policy, please be aware that most of our furniture producst ARE made to order.
