If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery or warehouse pick up. You will be responsible for fully insured, return shipping costs to our stores or central warehouses, as well as a 20% restocking fee. All returned items must arrive within 7 business days after the delivery date, in the same condition as they were in prior to sale. JANGEORGe will not accept damaged or altered merchandise. After JANGEORGe Interiors & Furniture has inspected your received return, and all criteria for a refund have been met, we will credit your original method of payment. After the 24-hour window, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and all purchase prices become NON-REFUNDABLE.
Deposits are none-refundable and can be used as future store-credits.
Special orders, products that were made to order or custom made, are excluded from any return policy, please be aware that most of our furniture producst ARE made to order.
